Positive: I loved the cleanliness, comfort and location of this unit. The remodeling felt new and fresh. So close to the beach and downtown cafes and restaurants. Really quiet and peaceful too.
Negative: It was really good, no complaints!

Positive: Check in was not only a breeze and seamless, but we arrived early and Adam allowed for early check in since the place was ready to go (+.2 on the rating scale for that courtesy and convenience). It was very well maintained, upscale funishings and art which we thoroughly enjoyed and so clean and fresh smelling. Great location with surf down the street. We used and enjoyed their beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Convenient outdoor shower to rinse everything and everyone off before entering the place. We washed a load of towels and a few clothes in their washer, which was nice.
Negative: For the upscale nature of the place, I was surprised there wasn't stainless steel pan set. Instead there was only teflon and even though I'm 60, I've never used teflon my entire life because it is bad for you nor did my parents before me. (-.2 for that).
Summary: Exceptional place and host. I would definitely return. 10 out of 10!

Positive: Location close to everything of importance (Grocery stores, restaurants etc), short ride to Sands Space History Museum and Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral. And most important, the beach which is a less than 8 minute walk.
